Some Progress

We're hoping to get the new concrete and in-floor heating in before the "really" cold weather.

Taking measurements and doing the estimating.
These are the meat coolers and the walk-in cooler that will be coming out.  They sure don't make them like they used to . ;-)
The interior walls are coming down.
I hope to have more progress reports very soon.  Keep praying.  We can make this happen!

Baby Steps

The months have flown by. We aren't as far along as I'd hoped, but small things have been done.  The hedge is taken down around the building.  The inner walls are ripped out and we're preparing to pour the new concrete with the in-floor heating.
We are looking for volunteers to help and also donations to continue the work.  We are a non-profit so donations are tax deductible.  If anyone is interested, the email address is vcp.victory@gmail.com .  Just let us know.

If you've never been to our lovely town-a picture of Central Avenue.
Hope to be more vigilant on the updates.
God bless.

Introducing....

I would like to introduce you to the board of directors for Victory Community Partnership and their spouses-
Nicole, Rhonda and Linda in the front row.
Ryan, Mike and Meryl behind them.

We are excited about this project and have so many ideas we'd love to try.  We welcome any input from the Meadowlands community and what you would like to see happen.
Until next time-be blessed.

Welcome!

Victory Coffeehouse is a project of Victory Community Partnership.
We are a non-profit organization formed to help our community and outlying areas by providing a gathering place for all ages.  We also plan to offer a small selection of groceries (the nearest grocery store or gas station is 20 miles away), have sandwiches and GOOD coffee,  a library service,  community education classes, and projects for kids of all ages.

Pictured at the top of the page is our building.  We have quite a bit of remodeling and renovating to make our vision a reality.

We have just begun our journey and this blog will record our progress, or lack of it.
Prayers are appreciated. :)
